1. Purpose
NELARO Publisher supports the owner's management of original NELARO channel content. Its purpose is to help maintain reviewed multilingual captions and localized video metadata while preserving existing channel data.
2. Access and eligibility
Access is limited solely to the individual owner and operator of the NELARO channel. The tool is not offered to the public, does not create public user accounts, and is not provided to unrelated creators, agencies, advertisers, businesses, or third parties. The owner authorizes access through Google OAuth only for the owner's own channel.
3. YouTube API Services usage
NELARO Publisher uses YouTube API Services only as needed for its owner-facing publishing workflow. Depending on the authorized operation, this may include:
- Reading channel identity and channel information to confirm the intended authenticated channel.
- Reading and managing video metadata for NELARO content.
- Listing, downloading, updating, and inserting reviewed caption tracks.
- Managing localized titles and descriptions for the owner's videos.
- Re-checking published caption text and timing after an approved update.
4. Authorized use
The owner may use NELARO Publisher only to manage content owned or controlled by the NELARO channel, including multilingual accessibility and approved localized metadata. The owner is responsible for reviewing content before publication and for complying with applicable laws, platform rules, and rights obligations.
5. Prohibited use
NELARO Publisher must not be used for web scraping, spam, artificial engagement, automated commenting, credential harvesting, mass account creation, unauthorized data collection, advertising campaign management, or management of third-party channels. It must not be used to bypass platform controls, misrepresent identity, or interfere with YouTube, Google, or other users.
6. Privacy and data handling
Data practices for NELARO Publisher are described in the NELARO Publisher Privacy Policy. The public website at nelaromusic.com is informational and does not provide a public Google sign-in flow. The Publisher application is a separate owner-only desktop workflow.
7. Google and YouTube terms
Use of NELARO Publisher is also subject to the applicable YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, and YouTube API Services Terms of Service. The owner must comply with all applicable platform policies.
8. Revocation and termination
The owner may revoke the application's Google account access at any time through Google Account permissions. After revocation, the application cannot make authorized YouTube API requests unless the owner authorizes it again. The owner may also stop using the application and delete its local tokens, job state, backups, and related local files.
9. Internal-tool disclaimer and limitation
NELARO Publisher is an internal owner-operated tool provided for the workflow described on this site. It is not a public publishing platform, professional service, or guarantee of availability, accuracy, compliance, publication success, or preservation of third-party platform data. The owner should review planned changes, maintain appropriate backups, and use the tool only when the owner accepts responsibility for the resulting channel actions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NELARO disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party platform-related losses arising from use or inability to use the tool.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the internal workflow, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
